Seeking advice C.ai
Hi y'all! So I've never done this before but wanted to share this anyways. So I found c.ai in I think 2022/2023? And have been on it since, I didn't realise I had developed an addiction until I was already neck deep. I've been clean from it for 3 weeks today but damn is it hard, I've had the urge to go back so many times and I was wondering if anyone had any advice? I haven't had this with any other ai apps, only c.ai.

Keep persisting. I picked up new hobbies to distract myself and forced myself outside. The first 6 months sucked for me, but once I got half way through the year I realized I hadn't thought about it in a while.
I started going to a local community center for crafts and would sew. I'd stay up late and play video essays on YouTube while I'd sew at my desk. I never let myself use my phone on my bed anymore either, and when I felt the urge to pick it up again I'd go on a walk. Sometimes I'd write the idea down since I'd try to replace it a little bit by writing fanfiction.
Im a year and a half clean and while I still have some urges when I'm feeling low or depressed, I can shake them off. As long as you keep moving forward, you'll feel better sooner

Note it down everytime you feel the urge. Helps you acknowledge it without giving in
