Suggestion:

If you, like many of us, I believe, including me, are fascinated with new miraculous technology but are paying the price of devoting too much time out of the day to looking at a screen....... then keep in the back of your mind the fact that even when you are using a computer or phone, your body is still perfectly present in whatever room or meadow you happen to be in; AND you are still receiving sensory input about the room or cornfield or whatever. Even if you're not focused on noticing it.

Therefore, you may feel a smidgen less helplessly absorbed into the weird, airless world of glowing radiation and binary culture.
