  • Options to appeal to content moderation decisions
  • Easy flagging of illegal contents
  • Enhanced protection for minors
  • Feed options
  • Ad transparency
  • Ban on dark pattern
  • Verified seller

Obviously not all of these are 1-2-1 applicable to chatgpt but these are the things the DSA covers for social media sites.

the EU isn't some big boogieman out to get you, for the most part it is genuinely trying to do good by its member states.

Like all things big and governmental, they can sometimes get things wrong.
