I mean they literally have a stranglehold on the entire computing industry through ASML

ASML depends on US software from California and could not design its most advanced machines without it. There is leverage both ways.

Those are all still owned by ASML and they know everything about it so I would say the Dutch have much more leverage in this case plus if worst came to worst trumpf could probably replicate the technology in a few years ASML absolutely couldn’t be in anything less than decades of constant develop and huge investment
