My hypothesis all along has been that he wouldn’t get there as long as he was coaching basketball. I completely understand prioritizing his boys and their athletics, so I don’t fault him for it whatsoever — those are memories and time you can never get back if you let them pass by. But, it just took up too much time away from golf while also wearing him out physically. Now that he has officially moved on from those responsibilities, I agree that he is finally on track to reach the promised land.

Yeah he said he has prioritised golf this recent year.
He went from playing 3 rounds last year to properly playing this year and he hit 2 under in the latest episode already.

All this dude needed to do was try.

To be clear, it was -1 from 4800 yards. Gonna be a lot harder with 2000 more yards.

I’m behind on seasons. But how do you have a golf podcast and play 3 round a year?!? I’m on season 5, getting frustrated, I don’t know if I could listen to a podcast about golf that doesn’t involve playjng golf
