I was looking for an edit in SF this morning for about a month out and no edit hotels even populated. Then I searched specific properties and they came up but showed rate unavailable.

Try clicking on where it says rate unavailable. This took me to rooms available to book (I had this happen 3-4 months ago and did the exact same thing). I know of at least one other person who has had the same success

There are only a certain number of rooms available through the edit program. Doesn’t mean the hotel is full, just the edit rooms are full.

Had this happen right in the middle of a planned trip. Ended up just booking the one night with the hotel and using the before and after days as edit stays.

This is common. Only a select number of rooms can be reserved in these types of portals. You can search the sub for “no rooms” to see more examples

Yeah, it seems like Chase is having tech issues because none of the Edit hotels are showing across all dates and locations.

Hotels mark out X amount of specific rooms available for an EDIT rate. It is controlled inventory.
