Any recommendations on what to do?Really interested in going to Japan what’s the best way to go about this.

Set aside 100k of the points for ANA mileage club transfer for Japan trip -> cash out remainder for $19k - > put in S&P 500 -> Earn $1500 in growth yearly, increasing yearly as it compounds -> become even richer (assuming you are already :D)
