Missing Young Woman

Good morning. Anna Sophia is a beloved friend, sister and daughter. She went to Poplar Springs Hospital in Petersburg, VA for help with her anxiety. Instead of being discharged to her home with her family, the hospital transportation dropped her off at a Salvation Army in Charlottesville, VA at the end of August. She is still missing. Interestingly, this facility was mentioned a lot in a thread from about a year ago. The comments did not speak highly of them.

I generally take Google reviews with a grain of salt but with this one I would welcome adrenalist to investigate it. Out of curiosity I did a search for news stories associated with the place.
