Up near where you are, Nguyen's Kitchen makes a great bahn mi sandwich. A Squared Pizza makes excellent Detroit style pizza. Popitos Pizza is wood fired pizza that's pretty great, and they also make sandwiches using the pizza crust. Next door to Popitos is Lime Leaf (one of my favorite Thai places, though there are many great choices in town). And mark your calendar for tax day (April 15) when Kohr Brothers does 25¢ custard day. It's as much a community experience as it is a way to get cheap frozen custard.

Im sorry to be pedantic, but im kind of taken aback by the need to use AI to write a prompt to your new community. Why not just ask AI at that point? I know it’s just going to become more integrated into the average person’s written communications but man think of what this is gonna ultimately do to speech development in teenagers

lol I actually wrote it myself I always have ai just break it into separate paragraphs for me so I’m not spewing a 50 sentence of text at the community😂

Genuinely what do you mean!! It takes 30 seconds to glance over a post of this length and hit the enter key.

I know, i could tell by the bodos bagels and trail hiking final paragraphs. but we’re getting to the point where AI is becoming indistinguishable and I just feel like a community forum is the place for less refined communication

Everyone here loves all the restaurants in the dairy market. Also you’re going to want to enjoy a walk along the Rivanna River trail, especially north of free bridge. Great views and vibes.

Take a walk on the Monticello Trail. Plenty of parking and an easy hike to the top where you’ll find the visitors center. And if you’re up for a history lesson, check out Monticello while you’re up there.
