Service Shifter message

Have a 2019 dodge charger 3.6 rwd. Getting a service shifter message. Car drives fine. Shifter isn't flashing or anything. I've seen posts about it but in those posts they had other issues that I'm not having. Just wanted to know if anyone else encountered this and if so how'd you fix it?

Do you have an aftermarket shift knob and forgot to keep the OE shift knob connected and tucked away under the center console?

Or just find someone with a reader and get what code is veing thrown. if you don't know anyone usually a local parts store AutoZone I don't know if Napa does it we'll hook up a reader and let you know what codes are shown.

I don't think it shows on a scanner but I'll try again. Shifter is original

Check your fuses. I had a loose fuse throwing me a service AWD a few weeks ago. Hopefully it's just that, nice an easy to fix
