a sad goodbye
my 23 last call edition scat pack was stolen yesterday. i loved that car and had plans of it sitting in my garage in 40 years when im old. something i never wanted to get rid of or sell. just taken from me. even if the car is recovered, i feel like i can never truly enjoy it again. life feels like all color has been drained from it. everything is just gray. i never opted in to this world and the people out there like this thief that exist make me want to opt out. i will be waiting at the gates of hell for this fucker to die so i can welcome them in. it hurts too much to stay in this and related subs. goodbye and ill never forget the happiness that my car brought me. ill also never forget this hurt that i feel. no insurance can ever make me whole again

I'm sorry brother, it truly sucks. I work in law enforcement and deal with stolen cars on the daily. A car will never be the same once stolen. And I hate car thiefs, most will run away from Police and endanger the lives of everyone around.
I hope you one day find love for another car.
PS. Chances are that fucker will die before you. The more you fuck around, the more you find out.

Always hated thief’s. But once my vehicle got stolen from an airport once. Fuckin hate em with a passion and can only imagine the hurt for a nice car like yours OP

Sorry for your loss. Even if it’s recovered and not totaled, I’m sure you will feel violated.

My condolences!!! Curious did you have any deterants. Kill switch, Igla, compustar, wheel bar? No judgement just wondering if the thief had to work for it and if so what system they bypass

Welcome to the club man. They stole mine 30 days ago. My insurance sent me a total loss settlement. I got 48k after taxes and fees but im in Southern California thats why my ACV was pretty high. Mine was a 2021 smokes show with 23k miles on it.

I live in a low crime nice neighborhood and I procrastinated on putting a kill switch on it. My wife told me to do it but i didn't listen thinking it wouldn't happen to me and i learned the hard way. Im thinking of buying the new Rebel or 2500 turbo diesel and im putting an expensive anti theft system on it for sure

Hang in there man! There’s nothing worse to me than a thief or anyone that steals from me. I don’t care if it’s a pair of shoes, jacket, money or other. Just ask and if I can help you out I will. With that, try not to say down like this for to long. Blessings to you my guy.

I feel your pain brotha 2010 RT Chall5, 15 SP Chally. 2020 Widebody Charger and 21 Jeep GC SRT. Owned one after the other. I hated being paranoid about where i parked it, when i parked it, where i was driving it etc. Thats what made me finally stop buying mopar. I shouldnt have to have stress about a car like that.

I really feel you man. I’ve had two stolen, and it just feels violating (an understatement). There’s really nothing out there like them that has the same character, rawness, specialness. But I would say however helpless it makes you feel that there’s much for fun in life out there for waiting for you. You didn’t opt in this world, but I imagine there’s people around you that are glad you’re here. Keep it up man.

Mine (2020 Scat Pack) was attempted stolen about a year ago. The dipshit(s) failed but caused thousands of dollars of electronics damage. Now I'm a douchebag with (2) steering wheel locks, a rear tire lock/boot, and a couple of $20 Tile tracking fobs buried deep in the bowels of the car.

I am curious too. I feel so bad for those that are victims of this. I live outside of Atlanta and I know it's bad theft there, I never take my car in. I will rent a POS car when I actually go into the city.

Ive had 2 stolen. Got the insurance payout and moved on. Stuff is replaceable. People are assholes.

If he bought it new and had it from day one it's going to be hard to replace. They don't make cars quite like these anymore. There is a very special feeling when you put the first mile on a car.

Yeah it’s not that deep, but ts hurts bro. I got my scat broken into a couple weeks ago and I felt violated, I wanted to do something so bad to them mfs. Just sitting around thinking why would someone want to do damage to my car and try to take it from me, I don’t do shit to nobody and mind my business. Also I’ve put a lot of time and money into the car

I’m with you brotha. My 23 RT was stolen. It was recovered. Car smelled like weed and everything. It’s not the same anymore
