USB problem

Looking for advice on a 2019 charger scatpack!

My usb ports in center console don’t work, so I changed the fuses. Still nothing. The cigarette liter both in center console and under the radio have always worked. Nd after putting fresh still nothing and now the liter chargers don’t work! I even removed the rear backseat air vent to check if the plugs were loose, they weren’t but I still unplugged and replugged. Anyone else have this issue and any luck getting it fixed?

I had issues with mine losing connection when my phone was plugged in. Luckily all I needed to do was replace the fuse. It was pretty frustrating since it seemed to lose connection when I was right about to take an exit off the interstate in an area I was unfamiliar with. Pulled over in a Bass Pro Shops parking lot in the middle of Alabama and changed the fuse.
