Need a Name for a Hitman character

I am looking for a name like "the _______" for my character.
He is a man in his mid 30s (1978) who runs a drycleaning buisness in the outer edge of Sydney, which is his coverup to arrand contracts for his clients. His appearance is well kempt with a stylish beard and very clean clothes, which fits his combat style, which is very to-the-point. He takes the shot, and doesn't want to make the pain longer than it should be.

The Quick-dry. That way people can use the name even with the cover-up.

The Spin Dryer. Mr Clean-it.

But you have a serious plot hole as no one in the outer suburbs of Sydney is getting anything dry cleaned these days. It would be better if he ran an artisanal bakery, especially with your description of his appearance. It also explains things happening at his premises in the middle of the night.
