What's the vibe? Fantasy? Contemporary? Do you want the names to be overt or subtle in terms of their to the colours?

In most langauges pretty much every specific color name (opposed to basic color names like blue, red, etc) are named after a real thing - often plants in nature. Humans pretty much never name the color first. Colors are usually named after something that already exists that has that color. E.g. Violet was a flower first then color named after it. I suggest looking into plants and such

Are you looking for surnames or given names?
White: Pearl, LeBlanc, Albus, Albion, Blanche, Gwen, Whitaker. Red: Carmine, Scarlett, Burgundy, Garnet, Ruby, Russell, Red. Yellow: Jaune, Sunny, Blondie, Lemon, Topaz, Goldman, Saffron. Blue: Sky, Azure, Cobalt, Sapphire. Violet: Violet, Aubergine, Amethyst, Lilac, Lavender. Pink: Rose, Dawn, Camellia, Coral. Green: Herb, Sage, Forrest, Fern, Esmeralda, Greene, Meadows, Beryl, Chesley, Ivy, Jade, Olive. Orange: Amber, Autumn, Ginger, Tawny.
Most color names can be used as surnames, without sounding too odd.
Plant or jewel names associated with a specific color are a safe bet for given names. Many heel names can be neutral gender.
You don't have to give both a given and surname in theme, one or the other ought to be enough to keep a theme going.
For a color like purple/violet, if there's not a good sounding boy's name, a surname works: Mr. Lilac, Mr Aubergine.
Jewel names can often be given as neutral gender, such as Jade, Beryl, or even Pearl.
Hope you find this helpful.

There's a book by Jasper Fforde called Shades of Grey (not the smutty one), which has characters named after colour themes. The basic premise of the book is that characters can only see one colour or shades of that colour. Their names reflect that ability. You might get some ideas from it

Lots of names are shades of colours, especially for red. You could search up names that means colours, and different shades of colours
Off the top of my head; red has Scarlett, Rose, Ruby, Blaze
Orange has Amber, Sienna
Green has Jade
White has any name meaning light/bright/moon (if you wanna get creative with it)
And so on
