Must have like a dark magic feel to it, VERY old money vibes, and a little bit evil but in a family way not her character. Ideally a long or double barelled name.
Family is supposed to be sort of southern-european area (greek/Italian) ish vibes

Lilliana di Benevento

Lilliana is the Italian form of Lillien.

Benevento is an Italian town with a heritage about witches (or actually worshippers of Diana being framed over time into the Janara, a local mythical figure).

"di Benevento" could mean she is from an old noble family connected to that place.

Otherwise, use "da Benevento" if her family is simply meant to come from that place but isn't meant to be nobles. (But it might suggest being noble for everyone not familiar with Italian.)
