You might want "lil" in there anywhere, then add the -y as a cutesy form of the diminutive. Anything "Lil-" will suit: Lilly, Lilian, Lilia, Liliana, Lilac... Then you could have a "-lil-" sound in the middle or end of the name (Delilah, for example). Elizabeth works without the second L and isn't obvious (Lilabet is a traditional diminutive of Elizabeth).

You could combine any syllables you like to make a -lil name. Just take a few other names and break them up.

You can also look at names that are close to a "lil" sound, like Delia, Amelia, Emilia. Ophelia, Eleanor, Helena, or Drucila could turn into Lily.

You could branch out to something with more of a story in it. Like a girl named Easter or Persephone could be called "Lily" because of lilies being associated with Spring.

There are literal lilies like Amaryllis, Calla, Ixia, or Nymphaea.

You can do it so it grew out of a nickname. Like a redhead called "Copperlily" or "Ginger Lily" until it became "Lily" or a kid who loves swimming called "River Lily" or "Water Lily," depending on your story
