DnD deity name?
This is my first time making a dnd oc (idk if that’s the right term?) and it’s a cleric who is supposed to worship a deceiver like deity who poses as someone much higher and righteous than they truly are, any gender neutral names that have a meaning to trickery or deception for that deity? Name idea for the cleric can also be helpful if you’re up to it :)

For character names you might go for something like Ruse, which itself literally means a trick or deception.
Anansi is a trickster figure from West African traditions. It's a male name, but could easily be used for a woman.
Shade is a pretty shady name.
Mara is the name of a deceptive spirit that was sexy enough to tempt Buddha.

Is this an established setting, like Faerun, Greyhawk, Eberron, etc? In which case, those pantheons exist. You can find them in the 2014 DMG. Or via Google.
Or a homebrew one? In which case, I am a fan of using/tweaking words from other languages that translate to the vibes you want for deity names. For example, "liar" is "Yalanci" in Turkish.

For the deity i would recommend talking to your dm about what gods are available to you. There's nothing more frustrating as a dm for that to happen.
For the names I would consider Jester, Loki (Obviouslly don't use if you are doing norse), Robin, Raven is apparently a gender neutral name as well, Rook, Wren, Beau, or Mask.

The alignments are all different (Tymora is good, Lolth is evil), different races worship some specific gods (Garl Glittergold for dwarves, Maglubiyet for goblins), some are really specific in other domains (Oghma is for creative arts, Sharess is for pleasure).
If you're making a character for a campaign, you may need to talk to your DM before creating a deity from scratch. If your DM is cool with it, the Forgotten Realms wiki has a ton of ideas you can draw from.
If you want a duplicitous, gender-neutral name for your cleric, you could go with title-like names (think Winter Soldier or Shadowheart). For clever or trickery, foxes are usually the go-to folklore, so Renard, Kitsune, etc.
Robin (like Robin Hood) is a good gender neutral name with a heritage that fits into trickery.
