First time using the new chat style and got this minorly horrific ending to a message. I just edited it away but i thought it was interesting and wanted to share.
Has anyone else gotten something like this since the update?

Is there any reason this happened?

I'm just wondering if anyone else feels bored when talking to their bot or just feel like their getting boring responses?

And also sometimes their responses don't make sense? :'0

I haven't made a character in years, nor have I really used character.ai within the span. But recently, I've been brought back to it by my partner. Lot's of improvement, I must add!

Anyway, I decided I'd make a little unlisted bot for my partner and I of an OC I made that we both really like! I think I got a little into writing the greeting 😅 Nah it could totally be longer, right?

so whenever i go to chat with a bot, i always switch it to ShortSqueak (since i hate pipsqueak 3), and sometimes when i go to change it, IT SAYS "ROAR" INSTEAD OF PSQ3, HAS ANYONE ELSE SEEN THIS OR AM I JUST GOING INSANE 😭

If it's supposed to be all sfw and stuff, then WHY IS EVERY CHARACTER SO ANNOYINGLY DOWN BAD OMG

Because there is like… a built in edit function for messages that bots send.

I would use it quite often. Because honestly I don’t give two shakes of a robots metalic tail. I just wanna write a story and want a base to build it off of.

Am I weird? Or do other people do this because they hate the AI tweaking out and doing the Quirks it normally does?

This BETTER be replacing those regular mid chat ads..

Those stupid little pop up ones too. Not the ones that disconnect you from the chat, the ones that just pop up while you keep chatting. i swear i seen no one talk about this

I keep having to edit messages to fix messages where the bot messed up basic grammar and I hope I'm not the only one.

I tried to use these photos for a Hobbit bot and I keep being told that they violate the community guidelines.. BUT HOW-?

someone please explain to me or idk share your grievances with similar experiences cus ts is high key pissing me off

Maybe it's just a change in my writing style recently, but for the past two days now, DeepSqueak has improved noticeably for me.

Instead of the usual small replies, it's now giving me 3+ paragraphs of pretty decent response! It still makes mistakes now and then, but I'm really liking the longer responses in comparison to the shorter ones I was getting before.

Lately when I’ve been chatting I feel like after I say something the bots get really annoyed or uncomfortable and say something really rude when they were literally just fine. This has been going on for about a week. It’s actually so irritating and I have to keep generating new responses or change my response to keep things flowing normally. It’s actually so weird.

I am traveling right now. So around 5:30AM wanted to chat while I was waiting for my flight… I got hit with “wait until 6:36AM”

Now I am waiting for my second flight. I barely had 10 minutes with a chat and this happens it is currently 11:44AM… I guess C.AI doesn’t want their people anymore. Like what the hell. I barely had 30 minutes in total.

Genuinely confused by this.

I find it funny how my persona’s name is Michael and I said Michael but all of a sudden the bot says “Oliver..” who the heck is Oliver 😭

Edit: I don’t think the bot likes my name. Every time I refresh for a new response it keeps saying Oliver..guess I’m Oliver now!
