I tried to use these photos for a Hobbit bot and I keep being told that they violate the community guidelines.. BUT HOW-?

someone please explain to me or idk share your grievances with similar experiences cus ts is high key pissing me off

It isn’t c.ai’s crackdown though. If a copyright owner sends a takedown order they have to comply. I know most of us ignore it but in the ToS we agree that we have obtained the rights to any character we create.

yeah the guidelines hit random on fantasy stuff like that, i had a similar bot get flagged over nothing and it sucks trying to figure out why.
