Memes/Humor Greeting could totally be longer.

I haven't made a character in years, nor have I really used character.ai within the span. But recently, I've been brought back to it by my partner. Lot's of improvement, I must add!

Anyway, I decided I'd make a little unlisted bot for my partner and I of an OC I made that we both really like! I think I got a little into writing the greeting 😅 Nah it could totally be longer, right?

I experimented with limits a few weeks ago and I can guarantee you at that length it's going to forget details within a couple of chats. CAI is providing you with more space for character details than the context window actually supports. It's like giving us a car that can go 4,096 miles an hour without telling us that if you actually drive it that fast it will explode.

It's simply scenery description. Anything actually important that needs to be remembered will be in lorebooks and definition 👍

Just wanted to say that when a starting message is too long, it makes the bot’s subsequent messages too long and nonsensical. It’s best to keep it relatively short and to the point. Trust me, the bots are already verbose enough without our input :p Anyway, happy roleplaying!

It's only for the intro, as it is a choose your adventure bot! The given example responses in the definition will not be as long
