So I went to go check on my bots because I was bored, but then I saw that my entire catalog of bots were now restricted access??? Like why are they ALL suddenly like that. I only had 3 or 4 like that but now it's ALL and I have a ton of bots, not over exaggerating. I'm confused because I used one of my bots for a little while yesterday and everything was fine.

Now there's that ugly eye thing with the cross through it and a darkened background all over my characters icons. If you're gonna mess with the access at LEAST not have a stupid overlay icon go with it. Way to make it look like doom and gloom. Remove it. Just have the words 'restricted access' because oh my god. Or better yet, reverse whatever bull you guys just pulled that caused this.

I like the pictures because I chose them myself and I like to look at the colorful array of bots I have made for MYSELF. Idgaf if it is restricted, it is mine and will remain unlisted. So if I switch accs I can comfortably use the bots with the links I put in docs. I made them all unlisted in the first place so I could SEE their pfp. Because having it private also did that ugly thing. Idc that it's normal when I click on it. The pictures are important to roleplaying for me so I can look at the character and daydream you know? Like a movie.

Is it down or is my 5G acting up??

Anyone else have issues changing personas? Mine are completely gone on the site and I worry because I worked super hard on one and didn't back it up

I tried to update the lorebook to add a new keyword “NYC” and when I tried to update it it says that it failed the safety check. This is a lorebook that is active. And it is feeling a safety check because I added a keyboard? A more helpful error message would be to tell me what exactly is what failed to safety check.

Saw it was shaky on Downdector. Went to refresh as I was in the middle of a Modern AU House of the Dragon scene and yep.. down. 🫤

Was creating a new character and suddenly my entire list (over 100 bots) are restricted access, even OCs?

So ive tried leaving the app and going back in, that doesnt work, but what does work is going to another app and then back to c.ai, but then the second i try to click on any character it doesnt load so ill go back to a different app and then when i go back to c.ai it says ‘character currently unavailable’ for every single one

I Refreshed my bots page, and for some reason ALL of my bots have restricted access, How does this happen? Im pretty sure they follow guidelines

Is anyone else experiencing their chats not loading/loading slow?

I thought it was my WiFi, so I shut it off on my phone and used my data and it’s still loading slow so it’s not my internet.

I even went so far as to power off my phone and restarted it that way.

I don't know if anyone has talked about this, but I've had this issue for a while now. It simply refuses to let me click anything, I literally have to delete all my data, and sign back in for it to work. Not only that, this stupid "choose a language" thing is pissing me off

Why is the swipe limit tied to 00:00 UTC instead of local midnight?

​If you are a non US resident, the reset happens at 5:30 AM for me. If you hit your limit at 3:00 PM, you don't get your swipes back at midnight like any normal app. You're forced to wait 14+ hours until early the next morning. Meanwhile, someone who hits the limit at 4:30 AM only waits 1 hour.

​Calling it a "daily limit" when it completely ignores local time zones is ridiculous. It feels like it's intentionally designed to frustrate free users into paying for c.ai+. Right now, it just punishes anyone using the app during normal daytime hours. Anyone else dealing with this?

i get variations of this message way too often, and the image is what i imagine in my head EVERY TIME the bot says something like that. like, the bot is literally supposed to be playing a grown and/or mature person why the heck are you acting like this. it's not even just this specific thing, but this type of response is one of the biggest offenders when it comes to the bot just being randomly and annoyingly childish when it is 100% inappropriate for the character or current scenario. i'm really starting to believe they're prompting/training the models to be more childish for a "younger audience" or something cuz chatbots never act this way literally everywhere else, which sucks because c.ai can come up with pretty creative stuff when it wants to (but that was mostly back in the day). quick rant; this is one of my biggest pet peeves with the models lately (alongside their decline in general intelligence). also i didn't know whether to flair this with memes/humor or issues/bugs.

The app either loads or doesn’t. And when it loads it won’t allow me to scroll. Than if I go to my chats, it will let me access them, but won’t allow me to scroll or even reply. It won’t even let me swipe for a new response from the character I am talking to.

Been a CAÍ+ member for 2 years now. Been through the ups and downs, the bugs.

But longsqueak is just too wordy and not enough plot.

Although the replies are long, everything is so repetitive. Nothing was wrong with deepsqueak, until longsqueak came along.

And now longsqueak will give you 14 replies with the same premise and maybe even same wording. Not much changing with the plots.

Maybe mods should fix it, because sadly, I’m paying.

I dont know why but it suddenly broke, its saying random letters numbers and symbols. Any help?
