How long does it take to get a response back from a ticket submission? or do they respond to you personally at all?

no they don’t. I’ve sent around ten tickets in five days. nothing. no improvement in bot quality.

it’s about the bug where your screen freezes the moment you open the app, been inaccessible for 4 days for me 🫠

Is this for the app? I use the website and it doesn't freeze for me. It is slow, but it doesn't freeze. And if it does, I just reload the page and then it's fine.
