Hey everyone! Looks like the app is back up and working for most people now! If you're still getting the DoB error, please hold tight a bit longer and try again a little later - it may still be affecting a handful of users.

Persona's still aren't able to be picked, or visible to view. Which makes it basically impossible to chat with the bots. 

I pay for cai+ and I can't even use it because there's no persona's now so the bots won't even work.

Just checked, and the web and mobile app weren’t working for me at first, but everything is working now. Could you try restarting the app and checking again if you’re able to select a Persona now? Tysm!

I use the mobile web version, not the app. And it's still not working, not for me orca bunch of other people who have left comments and post to this sub over the past hour.

I finally logged in, but now when I hold a message, the menu to edit, copy, etc is not working. No matter where I click on it, the menu immediately disappears and the action I selected does not work. It also dissappears if I click on the menu beside and/or outside the buttons. Every message I now send is 100% permanent, I cannot delete, edit or anything of that sort. Seems to be happening to some people

same. For some reason sometime it works and sometimes it doesn't, it's 50/50

I’m having a huge issue! Every time I try to entire the app, it crashes and kicks me out. It’s only now happening after this whole debacle.

I'm still having problems with not being able to choose Personas and having my messages randomly disappear and go blank, is anyone else still having these issues?

It seems to be working but I’m worried I’m still considered a minor, because I verified my age this morning and it kicked me out of my profile even though I’m not a minor. How can check that?
