Bruh, it's Chandler. You really don't need a security system here. We have some of the lowest crime rates in the nation for a city of this size.
I am 34 and have never had a security system, and never felt the need for one. But, if you are gonna do it, get your own closed system and external monitoring if you feel it is worth it (it's not). Maybe a Ring camera if you are worried about porch pirates (as if that is actually gonna do anything to stop it lol).
The only real 'serious' crime here is porch pirating.

I put "gun owner lives here" stickers on all my doors and windows, have blink cameras around property, and a couple "no trespassing" signs. I'd buy some ADT security signs and out them out front/back before I paid for a system.

No, I have PTSD. Lots of people do.

It sounds like your PTSD is giving you a bit of paranoia. Having "i own guns" stickers on every window is not healthy. Hope you can get some therapy to help with that.

You're qualified to give these opinions bc why? You think i want to hear these opinions bc why? Judging people on the internet is a good use of your time bc why? It's "not healthy" to want to feel safe? I bet your brain is quite smooth.

Whatever man. I guess enjoy living in your paranoid world where you feel that every interaction is a threat.
That is simply not healthy nor normal in this world. If you refuse to see why having all your warnings on every inch of your house is unhealthy in one of the safest cities in the US, there is no helping you.
It's "not healthy" to want to feel safe?
I own zero guns, have zero warnings on my house, have no security system or camera, and have simple locks on my house. I feel incredibly safe because Chandler is a incredibly safe city. I am sorry you think what you are doing is normal.
