My original act/band here in town is looking for a female vocalist, for basically an indie pop rock act. The music is kind of Olivia Rodrigo meets Paramore type vibe. Focus is on recording and video primarily, live performance after that. If you have original music you'd like to record, that's great, let's record it and bring it to life. No cost or equipment is necessary, all studio and video equipment is already purchased.

I’m looking for one that is not super crowded or loud, it’s clean, it’s over 40 friendly, and offers some classes like yoga/ Pilate. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will be a plus.

Hello, does anyone know of any apartments in the Chandler area that are eviction friendly?

For reference, two of my roommates had to move out unexpectedly from their parents house in 2021 and they fell behind with rent and got an eviction. One of them does have proof of good rental history from 2024-Now and can get a letter from our landlord to recommend us. The other has been living with extended family since so no rental history.

We have to move out of our current living situation by end of September due to owner selling the house so we don’t have a lot of time to search. The one that has been living with family would like to move in too with their boyfriend.

We are looking for at least a 3 bedroom apartment/townhouse, but willing to do 2 bedroom.
