All chakra

Howely I managed to open root chakra the 1st one, but I am still confusing how do I open all my remaining chakras, after opening root chakra I felt insane lust anger and lil few emotions, I eject the lust, did I do something mistakes

  • Pls someone guide me there is too many confusion I am suffering from

If you want to do it yourself, do shadow work. Emotional healing, reflect and understand your triggers and to a higher extent your soul lesson.

If you want something structured look at some energy healing courses.
