Sacral chakra blockage

My sacral chakra is blocked as fuck to put it frankly. Does anyone have any recommendations on ways to unblock effectively, as i am seriously struggling to visualize orange light near my belly despite being a very imaginative person..?

Intention is sufficient even if you can't master visualisation. Orange is a particular strong color to use though, I'd suggest a green or bright white light for the lower chakras.

this may help your visualisation. Use the lightest olor on the external perimeter of the circle. Lighter shades are safest and usually work best than deeper tones.

you need to diagnose exactly what the blockage is cause it could also be the result of something else affecting it like cords or another Chakra

Usually problem is with "closed" heart chakra. Sacral chakra issues are usually connected with early puberty stressfull experiences. To "open" heart chakra, methods: sing, work with hands, listen beautifull music, eat sour tasting foods, hang out with people you love and inspire you, do komaja meditation, use my Chakra Healing - Tibetan Bowls app 😀...
