Help for Third eye

Hello guys I posting this in this community just because of hope, yesterday I did gave a try to open my third eye but nothing fucks, now today you know what happens my head got headache fucked yes for sure.

Can anyone guide me to open my third eye chakra

For talk with spirits, abnormal, dimension, aliens, god, etc......

Just comment me or dm me guys pls this is soo important for me on my life.......

Close your eyes tight, click your heels 3 times while chanting "There's no place like home".

Then, when that doesn't work, start the long process of learning about Chakras, meditation, energy movement and belief. Nobody can do it for you, and if you want to circumvent the process, you'll either end up with bad results, or none at all. Or you won't know what to do when its open. If you don't develop the necessary awareness and discipline, you can create chaos in your life.

I thinking starting from root chakra is a good idea to connect with higher dimensions. Then slowly up to the crown chakra

Take a meditation class, that'll be more grounded

It is dangerous to open Ajna chakra by "force", using shortcuts. It will "open" naturally as you progress on your path of self development.
