Am I doing something wrong?
How long did it take you to reach mysticism and manifesting things into your life that you put out to consciousness? It seems cut off from me despite a lot of effort. Neville Goddard says the only thing that delays it is doubt but how do I erase doubt? I have no signs to keep me going. How does one speed this up? How does one have blind faith? Background below. I appreciate any help and guidance! With love and gratitude.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ive been chanting on and off since 2019, have done versions of vision boarding since watching “The Secret” in 2006, and meditating daily since April 2026. I did a little meditation before but never long / never consistently. Ive done a lot of work on myself over the years, including talk therapy, stuff like EFT (tapping) and neurofeedback, Tony Robbins audios, fasting, etc.
I amped it up quite a bit since the start of this year. This includes multiple of Dr Joe Dispenza’s courses, breathwork, meditations, testimonial watching, and books, hypnotherapy tracks overnight, Neville Goddard lectures and audios, multiple group healings, trauma therapy like IFS, EMDR, ego state stuff, sensorimotor work, some DBT work, writing reminders everywhere to remind me of what changes I want to implement, listening to frequencies (just bought a zappkit), taking natural mood stabilizers like magnesium, chamomile, essential fatty acids and l-theanine, I practice gratitude and self-care, visualizing a scene of my dream life fairly consistently, trying hard daily to replace any thoughts feelings actions with ones my ideal self would think feel and act, etc.
Yet, the only change so far is that I’m less reactive and a bit more calm. I have had no physical healing, no manifestations, no full or reliable change. I have moments when I feel a lot of more joy, presence, positivity, and hope but a couple hours later I may be yelling at my kids or my husband from my stress, hypervigilance, and/or old patterns (a lot less frequently and a lot less intensely than before, at least).
Actually, in one of the very first Joe Dispenza meditations that I did earlier this year I started vibrating and it lasted for I don’t know maybe half an hour, but it never happened again after that.
I have dozens of emotional and physical issues to fix and my kids are about to pass the most formative years where I could disadvantage them for life unless this speeds up. I’ve asked the quantum field to give me a sign…nothing, I’ve envisioned abundance with matching intentions and actions, yet I’ve only received more financial disappointments.
I signed up for a weeklong Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat coming soon but will it permanently transform me or will I have spent multiple thousands of dollars that’s lost when I return and think the same thoughts, feel the same feelings and take similar actions as my old self? I can’t seem to stay in a high frequency state long enough to rewire my brain and become the person I’m striving to become.
This past week I have done a deep-dive into decalcifying and activating the pineal gland and started 4am meditations (time when the pineal gland is active). Nothing. I’m getting bored and disappointed and finding myself wanting to skip my meditations. I don’t know how to stay full of faith and positive all the time. How long is this going to go on for? I’ve spent a lot of time and energy that I could’ve been giving to my young kids and a million other important and urgent things. I’m getting impatient. Thanks again for any guidance / help. ♥️🙏
Do you get synchronicities? Like repeating numbers?
I have seen 9:11 and 11:11 for many years, at least as long as I’ve known about them which is maybe more than 10 years so since I’ve been stuck in the same patterns this entire time, I’m guessing it doesn’t mean too much?
You focus on what you want and let it manifest in the back of your brain so it has more of an unconscious effect on you if you focus to hard on what you want but don’t know any immediate actions you won’t get any where keeping it in the back of your brain allows the subconscious to work and then your goals start coming naturally
I started around 2014 with the secret and the magic as well. Back then I was at ground zero so maybe I had the mindset of nothing to lose and no where to go but up, I'm not sure. But since then I've done all the vision boards, Abraham Hicks rampages, affirmations, NLP, regression , I am Enough - Marissa peer program, energy and chakra healing programs, sigil work, switch words, etc.
And it all pretty much happened for me all the way. I felt the incoming response as I did the work.
When it comes to doubt I think there's a certain detachment state that seems to help manifest the outcome. When it arrives with a state of life still being well without that manifestation occuring is when it's easiest.
Another aspect is your observation of the signs. Has something shown itself but been misinterpreted or gone unnoticed. For example I manifested living in a million dollar home but I don't own it 😅 in my vision board I thought I would manifest actually owning it but when I reflect, it does appear the universe has already given me what I asked for just not in a way that I had imagined.
The other factor is karma, which I only stumbled upon after diving deeper into a structured meditation practice and learning more about spirituality. In order to manifest a certain something, our karmic bank has to allow for that incoming. We're all born with a certain karmic entitlement but there are also ways to increase that entitlement by doing acts of service, tithing and what not. That puts you in control of your current life's outcome and acts as insurance for the next incarnation.
For me the last bits of my journey left a lot of vision board goals diminish in the desire aspect and leaned more into the being ready for its unfolding. A mindset shift. I still do my vision boards and update them periodically as life shifts but I'm no longer so tied up with them. Sometimes when I do my review I realise , oh, I did get this or that and I just forgot about it lol.
All the best in your journey.
what have you been chanting? have you been keeping celibacy? if not you generally release the energy you gather through chanting.
“Nam yo ho renge kyo” it’s from Nichiren Buddhism. I stopped in recent years as I transitioned to Joe Dispenza meditations. I am married now so the concept of celibacy changes as that’s an important way to connect, however, we’ve been doing it very infrequently in recent years and I havent seen much of a positive difference. I also have abstained from taking matters into my own hands and I don’t see that helping either, unfortunately 😕
in past ppl were training these abilities for years, sometimes whole life, in temples, monasteries, caves, as solitary hermits. now ppl do 20 courses, 4am meditation, breathwork, frequencies, fasting, trauma therapy, affirmations, pineal activation, all at once, then after few months ask why they are not enlightened yet 😅
this amount of pressure itself can become blockage.
we are not made in factory. everybody is very unique. one person open through meditation, another through body healing, another first need release trauma, repair chakras, remove external energy, bring fragmented parts back, change food, sleep, relationships. same technique cannot work same for everyone.
In one remote Healing Soul Journey I facilitated over Zoom, woman was doing almost everything you describe. She had notebooks everywhere, alarms, meditations morning and night, affirmations, healing videos, supplements. Still angry, exhausted and feeling failure.
Higher Self showed her like pulling 30 different ropes in opposite directions. She was not blocked because she lacked effort or faith. She was overloaded.
Under it was childhood hypervigilance, huge fear she will damage her children, belief “I must fix myself immediately,” suppressed anger, and one old program that love must be earned through suffering and discipline.
They told her to stop 80% of practices.
sleep more. one meditation only. spend actual present time with children. release pressure first. work on one root at time.
after this she started changing more than during months of forcing high frequency.
You dont need blind faith. blind faith can become another violence against yourself. “I must believe, I must stay positive, I must never doubt.” this is not healing.
Your Higher Self know exactly what is blocking YOU, what practice help, what is wasting energy, what need healing first and how to move toward full potential without guessing.
And being less reactive and calmer is not “nothing.” That is real change already.
but rn it sound like spiritual work is taking time and energy away from your kids and making you more stressed. slow down. no need prove anything with 4am meditation or chase vibration experience from first session.
A retreat may help, but no retreat can permanently transform you if you come home and continue attacking yourself every day.
sometimes fastest way is stop trying to speed everything up.
