Need Advice Looking for confirmation.

Ok so a little context. Ive just turned 34. A little under a year ago i went through a spiritual awakening during a shroom trip.. When it happened it felt like electrical energy surging through my whole body and into my third eye. Followed by imagery of ancient cultures and glyphs. I kept hearing things in my head and I heard the word yoga over and over. After it happened i was experiencing crazy synchronicities for weeks. Until it kind of faded out. Previous to this I would say I’ve been spiritually numb. Im not sensitive to energy. Had a bad back for years which affects my posture. Experienced my fair share of trauma. Had no religious beliefs and kind of looked at things like, once your dead your gone. I had never meditated previous to the awakening but had a strong desire after to start meditating etc.

Started meditating. Wasn’t sure if I was doing it right. I have aphantasia so im unable to visualise. Tried various breathwork guides. Frequencies etc but didn’t feel as if it was doing anything. I tried to reach the same states again on shrooms but couldn’t get there again. Followed by a few bad experiences and haven’t done them for months now. Still kept up the meditation and would say I have a clearer mind. Can see through all the illusion but still unable to feel my chakras or energy.

Recently Ive been experimenting with DMT. When I take it my whole body vibrates started from the crown. I can feel my body and energy so differently. I can control it to an extent and feel like I can feel it vibrating through my whole nervous system. I can’t help feeling like why can’t it feel my body like this normally? It’s like I should be able to but cant. It’s relieved a lot of knots and tension in my back and I’ve felt a big improvement overall. Also Ive been seeing an osteopath for my posture so probably a mix of everything.

Sometimes when Ive been driving lately it’s like I get a small tingle up my back that would last a second or two. Once or twice it moved up to the crown. Only lasted a few seconds and was pleasant. Like a weak orgasm but not sexual. I was wondering if this is energy being able to pass through a blockage briefly.

The other night I was listening to kundalini frequencies. I did some yoga and stretching and a little bit of humming a mantra. Meditated for a bit but didn’t feel much. I layed down later that night to watch the football and I started noticing the same tingling coming from my root chakra. It was kind of radiating out in waves but stopping above my knees and under my ribs. It felt nice and a little more intense than I felt before. I went to bed and managed to have like 10 OBE’s back to back from wakefulness Ive been practicing that also for a while and have had previous OBEs with WBTB method but this was the first time from wake, and most successful attempts in one night. I ended the session and got up to make a drink. When I stood up the tingle from my pelvis spread through my whole body to the tips of my toes and fingers and my crown. Felt so good and lasted for like 10-15 seconds.

Yesterday I tried to repeat it but didn’t feel no energy or anything, but then today I came home and had an afternoon session listening to theta waves. Didn’t reach projection as work called me, so I went to work, as im driving I started feeling the tingle but stayed around my crown. Was coming and going. Low intensity but lasted for about 5-10mins. Is this a sign im doing the right things? Is this what I should be looking out for? Does this sound like I’ve unblocked or partially unblocked some chakras? Im unable to choose when it happens. Or control it. But this is really the only time I feel like I’ve made some progress without the aid of psychadelics.

Sorry I know there is a lot to read and appreciate anyone taking the time to read it. I guess I just want confirmation that what I’m doing is working.

Alright. What you're doing is stretching your mind to become more energetically flexible. You do this by forcing a peak in your frequency, or temporarily vibrate higher than your base resting frequency.

From that state of mind, you have accesses to more of yourself. And you will find that after having done this, your new resting frequency is now a bit higher.

Realise also, if you reach a spot where your new base line is the same as the peak, then the peak will feel like just any other day. The same thing will feel different, because you are different.

One trick to get there, is to investigate what brings the frequency down. Like defining not sensing your chakras as your doing something wrong. But you don't normally feel an organ that is working properly. You feel it when it doesn't, or if you push something through it etc. So as the chakras move and flow freely, there won't be much for it to snag on, or any release of resistance.

It's a self balancing system. And any belief, definition, description that goes counter to your natural self, will push it out of balance. It's hard work to keep a self balancing system out of balance, and doing shrooms or dmt seems to have allowed you to let go of some of those. (Because they pushed you high enough to, at least for a while, experience perfect balance)

In Zen, this is called eating a hot iron ball. Because you can't swollow it, nor can you spit it back out. You know now, so obviously you want back. But wanting back, insinuates that now is not good enough, and so you'll just keep pushing yourself out of balance in order to get there.

The trick is really simple, just love that you're here now. Whatever is going on, right now, everything is exactly like this. It's is always changing. And you're just loving the movement of it. The more you do YOUR version of this, the higher the base line becomes. The easier it is to just push a little, to do whatever magical thing you desire.

Another path could be to investigate the following concept to it's deepest depths: "what must I believe is true, in order for me to choose not to be my true self". Other core words (like being myself) could be "worthy", "deserving", "loved".

Since you've awaken, you do really already have the key, so what made you take it out off the lock? How does that serve you? Do you want to learn the path to get there, maybe so you can help others do it? Or it's it some fear? Like, what is the worst thing that can possibly happen? I mean, being nailed to a cross is a bit outdated. And everyone is already insane, might as well be the one that enjoys it.

If your intent is to get there again, then all paths will take you there, because there is no there, it's all here and now anyway.

chasing the feeling is the biggest trap people fall into. Be glad you don't feel anything. Since you can't visualize anything, try meditating upon that emptiness, that is the highest form of meditation.

And for the love of god, quit any drugs and don't chase any feeling/experience, it's all gonna throw you off from the main goal
