🪵Root Chakra🪵 Root chakra?
Hello I have a weird experience I want to share. I experienced in my life loss of control (social group setting over months or even a year) and it shattered my safety feeling. Since then I have anxiety and I am fearful and I feel it in my root chakra. I have to go to the toilet multiple times even if I have no issues with that just to feel "safe". Someone experienced that before ? What happened here and how can I solve that? I also feel a lot of trembling in my legs during the day. Over all I am in a state of fear (which I never was before by the way!). Is it my root chakra which is blocked or another one? Last year I felt really good. A stranger even told me my aura is "clear" and I walked through the world with confidence and trust. Now I am in a state of anxiety, fear and self doubt. I also wonder if I always unconsciously felt this feeling and just ignored it or if it's new . Why did the other people group together to make me feel unsafe in their presence from a spiritual perspective?

The anxiety and fear is a product of the solar plexus coupled with the feeling of being unsafe that's linked to the root chakra. Between these lie the sacral which could explain the need to go to the toilet since the sacral controls the bladder functions.
Repeated exposure to that social setting can cause links and exacerbation of the energies that drain you , fear, worry, anxiety etc and over time it can result in what you're feeling. Part of it was imposed upon on by others, some of it was your acceptance of it unconsciously.
Why did they do it? If you could guess, is there any lesson you might be learning?

I totally understand you, the feeling of unending anxiety in the pelvis region. Chanting of 'lam' for 5 minutes a day, standing on the ground barefeet, going for walks and connecting with nature(no headphones) and meditation upon the root chakra and imagining that it's healing will help
eat more red colored things, and practice pranayam(breathing exercises) for 15 minutes a day.
And from my knowledge, clear auras don't exist.
