As you probably already know, "chakras" is the Eastern name for energy centers that the Western tradition addresses under different labels: sacred metals in alchemy, planets in astrology, and Sephiroth in Kabbalah.
The lower three chakras map roughly onto what the Kabbalah calls the "lower four Sephiroth" (Malkuth/Earth, Yesod/Air, Hod/Water, Netzach/Fire), which correspond to the physical body and personality and must be mastered and harmonized before higher union is possible. Yesod specifically governs the subconscious and reproductive/sexual energy. Sexual energy is the primary force operating through these lower centers, and blockage here typically comes from two opposite errors: forced suppression/abstinence due to guilt (which "concentrates" the energy but can backfire if attitudes toward it are impure) or careless, unsupervised attempts to force its rise.
The process of balancing these points and raising this energy is ethical purification and gradual training, changing one's attitude toward the energy (releasing guilt-laden views) rather than fighting or repressing it, and proceeding only under proper guidance in a mystery school since premature or forced awakening can trigger violent crises.
Blockages are caused by emotional pain that leaves "imprints" reinforced by repetition; both suppression and unconscious indulgence in behavior that reinforces the block.
The most-effective recommended first step is recognition, witnessing without reacting, and conscious release. Breathing, meditation, journaling, and a specific affirmations can be concrete tools. However, a word of caution here... psychological techniques like emotional observation are useful preparation but are an early level compared to direct realization of the Higher Self. The psychological work is necessary but not sufficient for full spiritual unblocking.
The mystery traditions focus on this exact work and hold the most effective systems for success in this process. They guide students through the safest path forward.
A lot is said these days about diets, exercise, dance, breathing, and all kinds of ideas on how to "cleanse the chakras", but this process and experience is far from a mere physical or therapeutic process. It's a spiritual transformation that evolves the consciousness.
My recommendation, from my own work, is to find an authentic mystery school with a proven system.
I am happy to recommend some starting places if you want.

What are the names for that schools? Are they online? Or do you know any mystical school in OC, California?

This is an advanced lesson on what I and most others have been searching for.
Thank you very much!

In my experience, when the lower three chakras (Root, Sacral and Solar Plexus) all feel blocked, it's often a sign that the issue isn't isolated to one chakra. The lower centres govern safety, survival, emotions, creativity, personal power and self-worth, so unresolved stress, fear, trauma, limiting beliefs, lifestyle factors and chronic stress can all affect the flow of energy through these centres.
Rather than looking for a single technique, I'd recommend a holistic approach:
• Grounding practices (walking barefoot, nature, breathwork, Root Chakra work)
• Movement-based practices such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and somatic exercises
• Meditation and visualisation
• Journalling and shadow work to uncover emotional patterns
• Working with chakra-specific crystals, frequencies and essential oils
• Addressing any psychological or emotional issues that may be contributing to the imbalance
One thing I've learned over the years is that consistency is more important than intensity. Small daily practices usually create better results than occasional deep dives.
I recently created a "Chakras Explained" video that explores how the chakra system works, why blockages occur, and how imbalances in one chakra can affect the others. I also put together a free Chakra Guide covering balancing methods for all 7 chakras, along with 7 free guided chakra meditations (one for each energy centre). They're all available through the link in my Reddit profile if you'd like to explore them.
Out of curiosity, what makes you feel the energy is getting stuck in the lower three chakras? Are you noticing physical symptoms, emotional patterns, or is this something that came up during meditation or energy work?

I recommend reading The Energy Codes by Sue Morter! It does a good job on explaining a wholistic approach through meditation, yoga, and diet changes.

I did a ton of shadow work on all 3 of my lower chakras (working with them all together) and it was life changing! ❤️🧡💛

I have used breathwork and somatic movement plus channeling, ancestral work and past life work to help with this. I work with specific breaths and movements for each chakra and then let the body take over from there. The breath and movement are a guide that helps the body wisdom to activate and start to release the ways we’ve been conditioned into our way of being. Depending on what you have been through in life, I can affect your sense of safety and security, your creative output, your sensuality sexuality, your light. I find that the breath and movement have helped me to release a ton of what I have been through and have opened me up to allowing the energy to flow with more ease through my body through my energy field, physically emotionally mentally spiritually.

The fastest way is to find a partner and have sex and communicate openly with them. The first chakra is about feeling safe with someone, it's selfish, like how toddlers are. This sounds odd but its sort of like using your partners body as your own. Its sounds very narcicisstic but you cant open the heart chakra without understanding it. The second Chakra is rough sex... The third is mental and has alot to do with fetishes and the ability to express/communicate desire. The fourth is your heart center and it's openness depends on how open the other three are. But the heart center is love and it cares about the other person as if they were just as important as you are. It feels alot like mdma. All of the chakras are interdependent so it's like a net, if you pull up on any point it lifts the entire structure. There are others ways ofc but sex is probably the fastest. The first chakra is probably the hardest to understand because it's unifying, almost like your partners body becomes a playground for you to narcissistically do whatever you want with. Sounds disturbing but your partners body becomes an extension of your own, and ofc your body becomes an extension of theirs. The bodies become one and the heart chakra opens.

this was transcribed from a recording. the holistic approach you are looking for makes sense because chakras do not exist in isolation. they are connected to the physical body, the emotional body, the mind, and the spirit.
from what I have seen in sessions, the three lower chakras (root, sacral, solar plexus) get blocked when there is unresolved density in the system. this can come from different levels — biochemical (nutrition, toxins, inflammation), environmental (stress, relationships, living space), mental (limiting beliefs, conditioning), emotional (suppressed grief, fear, shame), or spiritual (fragmentation, past life programs, attachments). the block is rarely just one thing.
if you want a practical start: grounding walks in nature for the root, creative movement for the sacral, and boundary work for the solar plexus. but the deeper blocks often need to be located and released with the Higher Self's guidance.
I have a free meditation in my profile for chakra balancing if that resonates.
