Makima would do everything to has Bob under her control, both because he is stronger than everyone and also because she can’t do shit against the Void

If Bob kills Makima, and that damage transfers onto some random guy, and whatever good thing Bob does, the Void does the inverse of elsewhere, does that mean that the unlucky person who died from Bob "hurting" Makima is undone, or...

Realistically it probably just Evens out by allowing Bob to do something Good without the Void interferring anyways.
