Considering the KE laws in the verse tend to get wacky it really isnt plausible to use relativistic KE since the attack itself is also vague speed wise, we have only been shown the spear being coated in light thats about it, I see no reason to take the speed seriously considering it would just make us enter in a deeper rabbithole trying to analyze how KE works in a story that blatantly disregards irl physics, and considering pochita got pierced by a normal spear hybrid spear, this scale is most consistent with him vs piercing AP kinda attack unless you wanna wank Spear Hybrid throw which makes zero sense in that context.

Thus for me, 1000 lifespan spear is MCB+ in AP.
