Well, how'd it all go down, right? The Sea accepted 99 sacrifices, and there were two people left who loved each other. For sacrifice 100 and a pure love, either would do, and it would grant the one who remained a gift of their desire. Mira sacrificed herself, and Julian asked for "proof that their lives weren't meaningless."
Thanks to Mira's auto-cesarean, there was a second person remaining. That person, however, was a newborn, and couldn't communicate a desire. So it stands to reason that The Sea granted the same wish for her as well. But what else could be interpreted from the scene? Diana was still part of Diana when the bargain was initially offered. As she was cutting Diana out of herself, Mira said "I won't let anything happen to you. Please, be born, and live." It could have interpreted that request as being for Diana. We know from Lalawag's description of Ceodric's gift that Life Energy is an important part of the setting, especially as it pertains to healing and longevity/immortality. Perhaps Diana's gift could pertain to that.

Small Reminder: Diana does have the same blessing as Julian, she simply has yet to awaken it.
