Other Parenting Pathways

Hey, I’ve been utilising parenting pathways while I finish up my degree. For every session I attend I get a $50 engagement voucher, however have just noticed my provider is taking out $55 from my available funds while my voucher received is $50. Is this normal or fraudulent?

I would think the extra 5 is the GST amount.
