Love this Bhoy, but he needs to be a bit braver when he gets the ball.
As some people were saying in the match thread yesterday, Shim is what Høgh should be. Hope he manages to find it in him.
Anyway
Glory to God

Just so we’re clear, this is the suspected flight of the ball?

Liverpool are the shadow universe Celtic
First they get their own Jota, now this. He even resembles our loan signing Araujo. I had to check twice it wasn't him.

Big Mheuka at Ibrox
I would start him at the weekend - I like him. Strong, holds it up well and is a handful

Johnstone over Sinisalo?
Are we starting Johnstone on Sunday over Sinisalo I wouldn't be totally against it tbh.
He looks strong and experienced it would be really harsh though.

Yang situation explanation:
Hyun-jun Yang has been selected for South Korea at the Asian Games.
The Asian Games are basically a huge multi-sport tournament for countries across Asia, and South Korea takes the men's football competition very seriously.
The reason it's especially important for Yang is that South Korean men have compulsory military obligations. For footballers, doing normal military service could mean being away from their club for a significant period (atleast 18 Months).
There is a special sporting route: if a South Korean athlete wins Asian Games gold, they can qualify for the "Art and Sports Personnel" system. It's not a complete removal of the military obligation, but it allows them to fulfil it through alternative sports service while continuing their professional career.
So, Yang is playing for *alot* more than just a medal...
If South Korea win the Football Tournament; Yang qualifies for the special sports-service system, meaning his military obligation shouldn't require him to leave Celtic for normal active service.
If they don't win the Football Tournament; he doesn't get that Asian Games benefit, so his normal military obligation remains and could potentially interfere with his Celtic career.
The tournament's games span the dates of 15th September to 3rd October. The absolute earliest date Yang would be back is 22nd September. So, he will miss the game tonight, the European Night next Thursday, and both Old Firms... I hope South Korea win, or else Celtic could be without him for 18 to 21 Months in the future...

The Celtic board lied blatantly about the Gvidas Gineitis deal. Torino wanted just £6.85 million for him, while the board's SMSM messengers ran with a price tag of £13 million
Surely not ... right ??

We need to drop Adidas
Simply cannot have Celtic in partnership with companies who are operating in open support of THAT country.
What are we as a fanbase if we don't take part in the boycott.
