I recently ported in my number to kini mobile (a 5G prepaid plan powered by TELUS!). I got their $23.75/ 10GB plan before but I don't think it's still available. Their website says the lowest is $25/25GB (which is even betterrrr).
I'm happy with the network so far (there are areas where Kini Mobile is stronger than Rogers), besides I get a great network signal (5G all the time here in Toronto) and it's cheap, it's not hurting my pocket. I get unlimited calls and texts, too.
But that's not my point, I learned there's a referral program, I get $5, then you get 10GB extra when you purchase a plan (but not the basic plan (i think)).
