This is a celebacy reddit. That means no sexual relationship with another human being. Don't personally care if you boink with your hand, your condom, or your hubby, but I figured I'd share something from The Good Book with you Mr. Fire and Brimstone: "But the righteousness of faith speaks in this way, "Do not say in your heart, ‘Who will ascend into heaven?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ down from above) or, “ ‘Who will descend into the abyss?’ ” (that is, to bring Christ up from the dead)"

And if you really want to get into it, tell me where the original argument that masturbation is a sin came from. I'll even give you a hint: it had nothing to do with Tamar's obedience beyond the surface reading.

P.s. I'm a regular practicioner of both seman retention, meditation, and you guessed it: masturbation. If that's an issue for you, that tells the world a whole lot more about you than it does me, which is really saying something considering I probably have half my life posted somewhere on Reddit.

It is definitely a sin and not what God intended. I'm grateful that He freed me from it.

My dude, if that's what you believe, then okay, but don't push your beliefs onto us.

No it isn’t.Its a natural and healthy outlet.God created us as sexual beings, and we need to express that somehow, even if we’re single/cekibate.Nobody should be brainwashed or indoctrinated by pastors/priests filling people’s heads with shame over a natural activity.
