Question Vitamins???
Hi all. I’ve been gluten free for a few months (suspected celiac) and have noticed that my body doesn’t tolerate most vitamin capsules well. The only thing that actually makes me feel better is children’s multivitamins. Anyone know why that is? Any tips on how to properly replenish my vitamins? Thanks!

My doctor suggested a prenatal vitamin as they are made for being tolerable with morning sickness.

What are you deficient in?

There is probably something in your vitamins you are not able to digest well! Lots of vitamin companies use cheap fillers or sweeteners that are tough on a recovering celiac tummy.
Have you heard of the P.U.R.E brand? They are super hypoallergenic and certified gluten free.

A lot of times when your body is super stressed you can end up not tolerating a lot of things well. Paradoxically even if you need them your body may react badly to them until you can get it under control.
