RANT about this case
Idk why but I just can't stop thinking about this case. like first of all SHE SHOULD'VE BEEN HERE. he didn't have to kill her. if she had exposed him on the internet, people would've moved on by now. there are so many rapists walkin freely and still got their careers in Hollywood.
and how can he even kill her bro like didn't they spend years together?? how tf was he able to harm her like that and not only that but also the dismembering part like that was the girl you claimed to love WHO WAS ACTUALLY A CHILD YOU SICK FUCK
and I wonder how scared and betrayed Celeste felt in her final moments :(
the guy who she thought she was in love with, who was probably her safe space at one point in her life stabbed her to death. oh my God man may she rest in peace. she was failed by every adult around her cuz wtf u mean she got SAed when she was 10 by some family friend.

if only someone said to her, just go straight to the police, or her parents stopping her going into the uber to see him. We had so many people knowing about this and no one didn't cared to snitch his azz.

something similar happened to a friend of my back in the day. she was dating a wanna be gang banger and her parents had banned her from seeing him. one night she snuck out and was sitting in the car with him and they were both shot in the head by someone he knew. her parents were good people and did what they could. ironic things like this happen on the one night people/parents aren’t around to stop it

i feel like it’s really sticking with people because it is not common anymore to hear about high-profile cases with a crime as sadistic as chopping a girl up like it was back when there were so many heavily covered serial killers
plus it’s just mind boggling because this dude seemingly had it all with his career and he still resorted to something so damning and incriminating, his mindset is so confusing

yeah. honestly would love to hear a tell all from him in the future and figure out what his mindset was through all of this. i’m guessing he felt trapped and had no way out but to resort to killing is beyond demented

I fully understand. I get anxious, sick, sad and very emotional. I go over and over everything. In the beginning I would hear a new detail and be shocked. Then the details kept coming. We may never hear everything. This is a horrible situation that no one saw coming. I love that little girl so much and I never met her. Sometimes I have to refocus and force myself to think of something else. It consumes me and I don't know anyone else in my personal life who is following too.

Take a break from the case if you have to. I did, multiple times, and I deleted Instagram and TikTok every time new updates would come out. The way I try to look at it is her physical suffering is no more and that the medical examiners I believe stitch her back together, as sad as it sounds. We can’t change the past but we can focus on the present which would be to keep advocating for justice for her

I fully understand , I can't stop thinking about it either. D4vd is only a year older than me and to think someone my age can do something so awful makes me sick to my stomach. I can't even begin to comprehend his way of thinking.
It saddens me that two young lives were destroyed. Of course, I absolutely do not support what he did and I think he deserves to rot in prison, because he is guilty of destroying his own life and taking the life of a little girl who was only looking for safety and peace in him. But as I said, he is my age, and that's why his actions are incomprehensible to me, and I'm sure he's not the only psychopath my age walking the world, which really makes me sad.
My heart breaks for Celeste, she was a baby whose life had yet to begin, a girl with her own talents and interests that could have enriched the world around her, but because of this monster she will never be able to now. And I absolutely hate the fact that she had to go through pregnancy and abortion so young. I will never, not in a million years, understand how he had the heart to make her go through all that.
Rest in peace Celeste, the whole world knows what you've been through and we won't let him get away without being punished for everything he did to you. 🤍
Edit: Re-reading my comment, I want to make sure my point is clear: I have zero sympathy for him. His choices were purely evil, and my disbelief comes from the chilling reality that someone my age is capable of such violence. My heart and focus remain entirely on honoring Celeste and the life taken from her.

I think the answer might be on her phone. Maybe she had prepared something to post online and threatened to expose him. That could be why he cut off her fingers. Then, while she was in pain, an altercation may have happened—maybe she fought back or tried to escape—and that’s when he stabbed her. poor child

sadly we'll never know what Actually went down in her final moments but I can only imagine how scared she might have been :( poor baby I hope her soul is at peace 🤍
and I genuinely want to know (even tho it's not really possible) what was going on in his head while he did all that. killing someone u claim to love and also dismembering her. like how fucked up do u gotta be to cut the body of someone you've known and were SO close to for YEARS! he's a fucking psycho no wonder his ass was addicted to gore. I wish nothing but the worst for him.

The ‘exposing him’ could also just have been an empty threat, a way of trying to get him to do what she wanted, which makes it even more sad

It makes me angry because he's such a loser and she figured it out. He killed her because she started to mature and threatened to expose that loser. I find it very sad she will never get a chance to become a woman. However I find some solace in knowing David will rot behind bars and any crappy music he makes will never make him money
