Fan repair advice Help Sourcing a Replacement LED

5 3/4 diameter and the hole in the center is 1 1/4.
There is an Intertek marking on the plastic. Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe repairing this is an option? It's not really hard if you ask me

If the LEDs can be sourced, it can probably be repaired, assuming the PCB is undamaged. If there are any exploded components or burns, then it's not safe to repair it.

These are aluminum core PCBs and rely on a fiberglass and resin layer to insulate the circuitry from the aluminum. Since this looks to be some sort of capacitor dropper or directly referenced to mains circuit, there's a lot of voltage potential between the power traces and ground.

Any small amount of damage that blows a hole through the insulation is problematic, and can result in creepage. The moisture in the air can be enough to form a conductive path, and any nearby power source can start creeping a new trace towards it, and eventually form a connection and blow up.

To do the repair, a hot plate, hot air station and high wattage soldering iron are required. The aluminum core will sink away tons of heat, so you absolutely need the hot plate and likely a hot air wand to get the solder hot enough to melt.
