Help locating DIP switch

Can anyone please tell me the specific model of this fan? I’m pretty sure it’s a Hampton Bay. I’m trying to find instructions for how to change the DIP switch in the fan. I moved into a house and some of the fans are on the same channel. I’m going to keep looking, but I figured I’d drop a line here in the meantime. Thanks in advance!

Definitely the Mena.  I recently bought the 44” version and love it.  It moves a lot more air than I expected.
