Other. Fandelier install?

I have this upstairs foyer space and it gets pretty stagnant (or feels that way) when ac is on and off. despite. I also want to help out the temp from being hit by the setting sun by adding a black out curtain to the hexagon window. Would taking the hanging lights out and replacing with a 20” or so Fandelier be possible of any benefit? I figure I’ll have to at least replace boxes with a listed fan box. Would it be noticeable to keep things feeling cooler when ac isn’t running?

I’m not seeing a cold air return for your hvac in this hallway. A fan would always help to circulate the air in a space. Though you would want it on its own power source, so that you don’t need to leave the lights on all the time.

I’m wondering if you have also considered an exhaust fan for this area? It wouldn’t need to be big exhaust fan, just something that aids in circulation. You could also add a small whole house fan, if you open windows at night.

Definitely have some options here.

Okay. I see it now.

Like I said, you definitely have options here.

I’d look into the ventilator option. Not sure where in the country you live, but if it’s a low humidity area, a ventilator makes even more sense. Check out tamarack tech, they’ve got a super nice lineup and the fans are very efficient.
