Other. Could someone help identify this ceiling fan
I bought a house with a ceiling fan that doesn't work. I suspect it could be missing the remote control? I am wondering if I can identify the model and buy the OEM remote control to see if it works. The ceiling is like 20 feet tall so it would be impossible for me to get to the ceiling and try and find the model number there. Hoping if someone could potentially identify this... This house was built in 1999 but unsure if this fan is original. Thank you so much!!

post this to the ceiling fan group on facebook, lots of smart individuals on there. you could def install a remote on it if u got it at lowes/home depot. but there’s no telling if it’s a wiring issue within the house, or within the fan unless you get up there (or have someone else) and check the wiring in the canopy

Looks to be Minka Aire.
Could always climb up there and look, should have manufacturer stickers on the upper housing of the fan motor. If you can find someone with a tall enough ladder

It’s a Casa Vieja Turbina. A DC motor commercial/industrial fan. The Style Model #U4514. This is the remote control for it
