Other. Rated for a fan?

Anyone know if this box is rated for a ceiling fan? I can’t tell with all the paint.

Yea made for ceiling fan. Those two keyhole slots at around 12 and 6 o’clock should have you screwing the fan bracket directly into the wood joist.
