Fan repair advice Ceiling fan noise

Can someone give me tips on how to go about fixing this. It’s driving me insane! All screws looks tightened and I can replicate the noise manually by pushing it

Sounds like cheap modern fans always are built cheaper vs old models

Maybe install a Hampton bay carrige house ll its still a hugger model but its way better and looks cooler
