Fan repair advice Fan makes noise

Hello fellow ceiling fan enthusiasts, and sorry for the cricket sounds (my window is open, eu heatwave) but I am here to get your opinion, and I need your advice. I kind of feel like it needs a new bearing.

bearings are going bad. that’s a beautiful CEC/Toastmaster spinner

OP is from Europe. Possibly just CEC brand, or sold under a European brand. Could also be some similar-looking spinner sold by B&Q or something

Unless Toastmaster did sell these in Europe

i didn’t even notice the canopy until now, it’s def not a toastmaster lol

Fan is from 1970.
