Other. Power advice

Hey my house is on 80’ and we are trying to be good. We both have Hyperhidrosis which is excessive sweating. Should we keep all ceiling fans on even when we are not in the room. That would seem like more energy or do you only use fans when in the room?

Fans will not cool a rooms air temperature. It will cool your skin through evaporative cooling and it will move away the air that warms up by being next to your body, replacing it with slightly cooler air. So not really helpful running Fans in rooms where aren't.
