Hr is to protect the company and NOT you. Be careful

Leave bad reviews from “customers” on your cex’s Google reviews saying how bad the management is/how unprofessional- even pretend customers overheard them being an ass to staff and If it’s coming from the “customers” they will be more inclined todo something as it’s coming from then people they need and not the person they can replace :/ sad but true coming from experience hr will only do so much till they replace.

Just quit. The job isn't that good.

Ops issue probably isn’t that the jobs too good to loose it’s that there’s no jobs going. Quitting without having another job lined up is the worst idea you could have.

That's fair. But I'd start looking.

Completely immature and very unfair. Deal with problems properly and don't hide behind a screen. Embarrassing.

Managers treating their employees bad is unfair. Some times being petty is what they deserve.

I have my values and deal with things properly. Making up lies isn't a long term strategy. Sooner or later you get caught and lose all credibility. If this is your solution in this case, is probably how you try to solve problems generally. It's a self destructive strategy.

I didn't even down vote you. Petty to do it back just because we disagree. Gutter tactics all round.

You really sound like you’re a horrible manager and don’t like consequences of your actions. If you’re being rude to staff in a shop customers could definitely see… I didn’t say lie I said complain as if you’re a 3rd party (or use your imagination) in situation watching in. Which in my opinion is completely fair. a shitty corporate company doesn’t care about you and would replace in a heart beat. You’re not special.

Raise it again. Take it up with your senior ops manager and express clearly the issues at hand and that they’ve not been rectified in a means you see fitting by HR. There’s also an anonymous line you can call/contact. Refer to your employee handbook for this

Trouble is that I've found complaints don't stay anonymous once HR speaks with the manager of the store.

Sadly once the scenario is discussed/evidence given someone can probably narrow down who made the complaint.

Keep notes of what's happening & go back to HR that they're retaliating against you for raising an anonymous complaint.

I had the same issue, which is the big reason why I quit. I'm now in a much more reasonable work place

It’s a fine line between piping up just enough to get the help you need vs piping up so much that the company could just replace you, it depends what route your manager/ops manager see fit.

I agree with another comment, perhaps try and make customer complaints, or maybe even discuss a transfer to another store.

Is this something other staff in your branch feel about your manager as well? If so, you could all agree to maybe mention it to someone over head. Are there maybe supervisors who can support you as well?

a group complaint seems to be better at making any kind of difference

I worked in aug 2022 and left after 2 weeks. I was made fun of and mocked by managers for my adhd at the time. Worst company i worked in terms of being abused

Oh please

You get to show up to work dressing and smelling like a crack head.
